5th Malaysian Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Scientific Meeting (MTERMS 2014)

About the meeting
The 5th Malaysian Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Scientific Meeting (MTERMS 2014) ran from 17 to 19 September 2014 at Hotel Bangi-Putrajaya, in Bandar Baru Bangi. It was organised by the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Society of Malaysia (TESMA), with the meeting's secretariat at the Tissue Engineering Centre, UKM Medical Centre. The year marked TESMA's 10th anniversary.
Theme and purpose
The theme was "R&D to Tangible Benefits". The invitation asked academics, government bodies, industry and investors to work together and chart the way forward for regenerative medicine research and therapy in Malaysia and the region over the next ten years. The photographs show delegates and guests on the stage, and a group photo of delegates on the last evening of the meeting.

Prima Nexus was a sponsor of MTERMS 2014, agreed with the organisers in July 2014. Two years later it sponsored the 6th MTERMS and 2nd Malaysian Stem Cell Meeting in Penang.
