About the forum
Universiti Malaya organised IFKL 2018 in collaboration with Innovation Forum Kuala Lumpur, at the Dewan Tunku Canselor and the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Universiti Malaya. The theme was Entrepreneurship in Health Care, with workshops on clinical trials and regenerative medicine, digital health, medical devices and mental healthcare.
The forum also ran a Healthcare Business Ideas Competition. The photographs show the winners holding their prize cheques, for RM5,000, RM3,000 and RM1,000, with the organisers and guests.
Prima Nexus’s part
Prima Nexus was co-organiser, as the prize cheques show. A Prima Nexus director was invited to sit on the organising committee, and Prima Nexus suggested industry sponsors for the forum.
