ELISA Hands-On Workshop
Prima Nexus and the Cell & Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya, ran a one-day ELISA hands-on workshop at the Medical Biotechnology Laboratory on 5 April 2017.

About the workshop
The workshop was held in the lecture hall and laboratory of the Medical Biotechnology Laboratory (MBL), Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya (UM), in Kuala Lumpur. Its programme covered the principles of ELISA, the preparation of reagents, standards and samples, plate washing, detection, reading the absorbance and analysing the data, with a talk on multiplex immunoassays, which measure several targets in one sample.
The photographs show the participants in lab coats at the laboratory benches, working through the protocol in small groups with the trainers, and a group photo in front of the Medical Biotechnology Laboratory banner.
