7th Dental Students' Symposium 2017: An International Dental Conference
Prima Nexus sponsored the 7th Dental Students' Symposium, held on 11 and 12 April 2017 at the UiTM Faculty of Dentistry in Sungai Buloh.

The symposium and its host
The UiTM Faculty of Dentistry hosted this two-day meeting at its Sungai Buloh campus on 11 and 12 April 2017. The faculty described it as its annual students' conference, open to undergraduate and postgraduate students and to invited international delegates. Its theme was "Integrative Dentistry: from Inception to Revolutionary Research". Banners at the faculty entrance and outside the lecture hall carried the title, the theme and the sponsors' logos.
What took place
The banner listed presentations by undergraduate and postgraduate students, and poster and video competitions. A ceremony took place on stage in front of the symposium backdrop, and a speaker addressed the hall from the faculty lectern. Prima Nexus was one of several sponsors.
The part Prima Nexus played
Prima Nexus confirmed its sponsorship in writing to the faculty's Centre of PreClinical Science Studies in March 2017. Its support was in kind: folders, pens and A5 notepads for participants. Prima Nexus also ran a photo booth with a branded backdrop and props, where visitors posed for pictures. Today Prima Nexus supports university research groups across eight core research domains, from genomics to preclinical and lab animal studies.
