SERDANG, 1 August 2017: Prima Nexus sponsored the delegate folders, pens and notepads for the 2nd International Anatomical and Biomedical Scientific Conference (IABS2017), held at Canselori Putra, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), from 1 to 3 August 2017. The conference was organised by UPM and the Malaysian Anatomical Association under the theme Research Advances in Health Sciences.
A conference for anatomy and health sciences research
IABS2017 was the second International Anatomical and Biomedical Scientific Conference. It was held at Canselori Putra, Universiti Putra Malaysia, in Serdang, Selangor, from 1 to 3 August 2017, and organised by UPM and the Malaysian Anatomical Association. The organisers invited researchers, academics, health sciences professionals, students, policy makers and industry. The first announcement listed symposiums in anatomy, metabolomics, nanomedicine, natural products and drug discovery, neuroscience, nutrition, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, and regenerative medicine.
Speakers, posters and awards
The first announcement named three confirmed speakers: Prof. Dr. Akon Higuchi of National Central University, Taiwan, on nanomedicine; Prof. Dato' Dr. Ruszymah Idrus of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, on regenerative medicine; and Prof. Dr. Daud Ahmad Israf Ali of Universiti Putra Malaysia, on natural products and drug discovery. The announcement also listed a pre-conference workshop, international and local speakers, poster and oral awards, and young investigator awards. Delegates attended talks in a lecture hall and presented their work on poster boards.

Prima Nexus was a sponsor of IABS2017. The company provided the folders, pens and notepads that were given to delegates. Prima Nexus also set up a photo booth with a Prima Nexus backdrop and a table of science-themed props, where delegates posed for pictures.
