Prima Nexus ELISA Hands-On Workshop @ UM
The Prima Nexus ELISA Roadshow 2026 came to Universiti Malaya on 14 May 2026, with a full-day hands-on ELISA workshop at the Cell and Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine.

About the workshop
The workshop ran from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Thursday 14 May 2026 at the Cell and Molecular Biology Laboratory (CMBL), Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya. Registration was RM50, with lunch and a workshop kit provided.
Dr Ramya Dewi introduced the principles and uses of ELISA, then led each group of researchers through a full ELISA run at the bench: preparing the standards and loading the wells, washing the plate, adding the biotinylated detection antibody and the HRP conjugate, and adding the substrate. The afternoon covered data analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation.
