Prima Nexus ELISA Hands-On Workshop @ UKM
Prima Nexus opened its ELISA Roadshow 2026 with a full-day hands-on ELISA workshop at the Pharmacology Laboratory, UKM Cheras, on 30 April 2026.

About the workshop
The workshop ran from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Thursday 30 April 2026 at the Makmal Farmakologi (Pharmacology Laboratory), UKM Cheras. It was the first stop of the ELISA Roadshow 2026: Master the Assay, and the researchers worked in small groups at the bench.
Dr Ramya Dewi, an ELISA training and application specialist, introduced the principles and uses of ELISA, then led each group of researchers through a full ELISA run at the bench: preparing the standards and loading the wells, washing the plate, adding the biotinylated detection antibody and the HRP conjugate, and adding the substrate. The afternoon covered data analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation.
