The conference

The Malaysian Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (MSBMB) held its 41st Annual Conference over two days at Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar. The chair of its scientific committee was from UCSI University, and the conference treasurer was from the Institute of Systems Biology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

Talks, posters and exhibitors

Sessions were held in the main hall, where speakers presented from a lectern beside the screen. Researchers also showed their work on posters mounted on display boards, and laboratory suppliers showed equipment in an exhibition area.

Prima Nexus as a sponsor

Prima Nexus sponsored the conference in kind, supplying Prima Nexus folders, pens and A5 notepads for the delegates. Today Prima Nexus supports researchers in biochemistry and molecular biology through its ELISA and Luminex services.
