Prima Nexus supported the 1st International Conference on Innovative Dentistry (ICID 2015), organised by the Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Malaya, at the Eastin Hotel, Petaling Jaya, on 3 and 4 August 2015.

The conference and its host
The Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Malaya, had run a series of postgraduate dental scientific conferences. In 2015, the eighth in that series became the 1st International Conference on Innovative Dentistry, under the theme "Enhancing Dental Science Through Innovation". Over two days, it combined invited lectures with oral and poster sessions.
Invited lectures and research sessions
Four invited lectures came from The University of Hong Kong, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Yonsei University and Ragas Dental College and Hospital, on topics including patient reported outcomes, DNA damage in oral cells and stem cells in dentistry. The programme listed 19 oral presentations and poster sessions on both days, covering dental pulp stem cells, oral cancer cell lines, bone tissue engineering and 3D facial analysis.
