Comprehensive ELISA Demo Workshop @ UCSI
Prima Nexus co-organised a free ELISA support training day with the Faculty of Applied Sciences, UCSI University, on 7 November 2024, at the Biotechnology Lab, Block B.

About the training
The training ran from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm on Thursday 7 November 2024 at the Biotechnology Lab, Block B, UCSI University, and was open to UCSI staff and students. Dr Ramya Dewi was the facilitator.
Participants followed a full ELISA protocol with a rat COX-2 ELISA kit, from preparing the reagents to reading the absorbance and interpreting the data. The day covered ELISA fundamentals and calculation, hands-on technique, troubleshooting and quality control, and real-world applications.
