Real Time PCR (RT-PCR) Workshop
Prima Nexus supported a three-day Real Time PCR (RT-PCR) Workshop at the Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology (IMMB), UiTM Sungai Buloh, from 11 to 13 August 2015, and was invited to give a lunch talk.

The workshop and its host
The Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology (IMMB) of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) ran the workshop in the IMMB Building at its Sungai Buloh campus. Real-time PCR measures how much of a chosen DNA or RNA is in a sample while the reaction runs, and it is a common way to measure gene expression.
The lunch talk
Prima Nexus supported the lunch sessions and was invited to give a lunch talk, How Can We Expedite Protein & Gene Profiling Study. Surani Sukor of Prima Nexus presented it, on multiplex immunoassays, which measure many proteins in one sample at the same time. A seminar with the same title had been held at Universiti Putra Malaysia in May.
