The event and its host
LASAM, the Laboratory Animal Science Association of Malaysia, hosted the day. It brought two parts together: a scientific seminar with talks, and the association's 19th Annual General Meeting, its yearly meeting of members. The programme ran from 8.30am to 2pm in a meeting room at Le Meridien Hotel, KL Sentral, in Kuala Lumpur.
What the day covered
The photographs from the day show a full room, with participants seated at long tables facing a large screen. One talk, its title shown on the screen, covered contemporary topics in laboratory animal diets. Another picture shows three people seated at a head table at the front of the room. During the day, the participants gathered for a group photo in front of the event's title slide.
