This page explains how the Prima Nexus website uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. We keep our use of these technologies to a minimum.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for the website and our secure client and team portal to work, including keeping you signed in during a portal session. The site cannot function properly without them, so they are always active.

Preferences

These remember choices you make, such as language, so your experience is consistent between visits.

Analytics

Where enabled, these help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the website so we can improve it. They do not identify you personally. If we introduce analytics, we will use them only to measure and improve site performance.

Advertising measurement

We advertise some of our research services on Google Search. To see whether those ads work, the pages of this website load Google's tag from Google Ads. It is not used inside our client and team portal.

When a page loads, the tag stores a cookie on this site with a random identifier, and when you arrive by clicking one of our ads, a second cookie records that click. Both last up to 90 days. They let us count whether an ad led to an enquiry or a free account. Google also receives technical details when the tag loads, such as the page address, your browser and your IP address.

We have switched off Google's advertising personalisation for this website, so your visit is not added to Google audiences for showing you ads later. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies, and set preferences for specific sites. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site, including the portal login, may not work correctly.

To manage cookies, look under the privacy or security settings of your browser (for example, Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox). Each browser provides its own instructions for viewing, allowing, blocking and deleting cookies.

Blocking advertising measurement does not affect how this website works. You can also block Google's tag with your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker, and see how Google uses information on Google's own page about partner sites.
