Background
Genetics is a rapidly-evolving life science discipline that impacts every aspect of our lives. The progress in this field to date had significantly improved the quality of human life especially in crop, food and healthcare productions. Therefore, knowledge and understanding of Genetics is pertinent for a nation to move forward. To celebrate Genetics breakthroughs and its impact to our everyday life, Genetics Society of Malaysia is proud to organise the 13th Genetics Congress Series. This 3-day event will address the latest issues and breakthroughs in Genetics worldwide. More than 30 keynote and invited speakers are expected to deliver their outstanding research achievements. The Congress intends to provide a platform and opportunities for the participants to interact, discuss and formulate new ideas for this important pillar of Biology to move forward at both national and international levels. Therefore, we would like to call upon all geneticist, breeders, scientists, researchers, academicians, biotechnologists, industrialists and students to participate in our congress for a better future.
 
Call For Paper
The Congress cordially invites academics, practitioners, scholars, researchers, policy makers of any government agencies to present their oral or poster papers in MiGC13. Please submit your abstract online http://submit.confbay.com/conf/migc13 or email the registration form to congress Secretariat secretariat@migc-pgm.com or secretariat.migc@gmail.com. All submitted papers will be blind reviewed by our scientific reviewers. Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit a full paper consisting of a paper title, author(s) list, address and e-mail, abstract, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement and references. The manuscript should be prepared using Times New Roman with font size 12. The manuscript should be written in not more than 15 pages, single-spaced (maybe word count is better) including tables and figures.
 
To expose our young minds to scientific cultures, we encourage the participation from postgraduate students all over the world to present their research projects in this Congress with their registration fee discounted. Further details can be obtained from our website http://www.migc-pgm.com.
