Application Sales Executive (OPEN)
This role would suit a Degree graduate that enjoy flexible working hours and meeting people.


Responsibilities

  • Acquire maximum inquiries by daily sales visit consistently. 
  • Monthly leads and sales target will be given.
  • Prepares sales report by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
  • To assist marketing activities such as exhibition, seminars, and workshop. 
  • Position requires 90% of time outdoors meeting customer, including outstation travelling.
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Science, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Self-driven, performance-oriented, work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong closer, resourceful with exceptional customer orientated service skills

Project Coordinator (OPEN)
This role would suit a Master or PhD graduate that enjoy exploring and supporting the latest technology, working in a mixture of lab-based research, support and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team to empower the work of postgraduate students and researchers by establishing sourcing and services processes.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 
  • To assist marketing activities such as exhibition, seminars, and workshop. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Position requires 50% of time outdoors interacting with the researcher, including outstation travelling.

  • Possess a PhD or Master in the area of Life Science or equivalent.

Sales Coordinator (OPEN)
This role would suit a PhD or Master graduate looking to move away from lab-based research.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Processing new sales lead, protocols analysis, product matching and generate a report associated with research projects requirements.
  • Responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the sales operational effectiveness and delivering clear and accurate product information.
  • Assist with troubleshooting in customer support, creating marketing and educational material, end-user training, demonstrations, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Possess a PhD or Master in the area of Life Science or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the area of Internal Sales Support or Lab Research Assistant.
  • Knowledge of life science research study lifecycle with strong memory skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills for an effective relationship with the team.

SEO & Social Media Marketing Assistant (OPEN)
This role would suit a PhD or Master graduate that enjoy the area of life science development and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to set up and manage social media campaigns through a variety of platforms
  • Drive traffic through social media to the site to ultimately drive conversions
  • Optimise digital campaigns to enhance SEO rankings through website and blog content
  • Create content for digital newsletters and support DM for customer engagement to provoke sales
  • Your skills should reach further than what is mentioned above to encompass a more rounded marketing role. To add to these core skills you will also be managing the events for a brand to help promote the brand on all levels.
Requirements
  • Possess a PhD or Master in the area of Communication, Media&Information or equivalent.
  • Experienced in setting up social media campaigns and build communities
  • Substantial hands-on SEO experience 
  • Ability to create successful social content with SEO at the core

Responsibilities

  • CRM, SAP and Email Marketing system database management
  • Database enrichment, clear duplication and merge contact information
  • Source new contact list through online research
  • Other data entry related works
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • Efficiency in database and information entry
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle or NetSuite will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with the ability to hit deadlines, work independently, multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
